Founded in 2016, Echanique Consulting, LLC began as a Recruitment Agency. Our #1 partner, ESearchPro, has been instrumental in helping us assist major companies and investment firms, like JMI Equity and LexisNexis. We've also had the privilege of supporting thrilling startups like AutomotiveMastermind, helping them scale their workforce and find the right talent at the right time.

After many successful years of helping companies grow, we decided to pivot and return to something we truly love: small business. Running a small business is challenging—it requires effort, hustle, and a never-give-up attitude. At EC, we understand these challenges and the importance of knowing when to pivot and adapt.

EC’s origins trace back to 2002, when its founder launched a small skate shop in Rome, GA, with just a $2,000 loan. What started as selling skateboards out of a car quickly grew into a thriving business, eventually expanding to include an indoor skatepark, a retail store in the local mall, and a downtown location in the heart of Rome. After 13 years of growth and adaptation, the business was successfully sold in 2015, leaving behind invaluable lessons in branding, community outreach, financial management, and the power of adapting to the digital era.

By 2013, these lessons were put to use in a new venture—helping a tax office establish a strong digital presence and streamline operations. This success led to the creation of EC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes scale through strategic recruitment and growth initiatives. Years of working alongside industry leaders provided deep insights into what it takes to help startups thrive and how corporations approach workforce expansion.
